Expected Subject Lines
- SYR Account Deletion Request for account deletion requests.
- SYR Safety Report for abuse, objectionable content, privacy, impersonation, or urgent safety concerns.
- SYR Privacy Request for privacy questions or data handling requests.
- SYR Reviewer Support for App Store/TestFlight reviewer access issues.
What To Include
- Your account email or username, if the request is account-specific.
- A short description of the issue.
- For safety reports, include usernames, screenshots, photo/comment/message context, report IDs if available, and dates if available.
- For privacy or deletion requests, include enough information to verify account ownership.
Safety Reports
Use the in-app report controls where available for specific profiles, photos, comments, replies, or messages. You can also use the in-app safety request where available, or email support@sayyourereal.com with the subject line "SYR Safety Report". Safety reports may cover harassment, bullying, impersonation, spam, privacy concerns, non-consensual content, inappropriate content, or other objectionable content.
Reports may be reviewed manually during beta. We do not promise immediate removal, immediate account action, or a specific enforcement result. Severe safety concerns may be escalated for faster review.
Account Deletion Requests
Users can initiate account deletion from inside the app and/or via support request.
To request deletion of your SYR account and associated data, use the in-app account deletion request action to start a manual support review. You can also email support@sayyourereal.com with the subject line "SYR Account Deletion Request".
Please include the account email or username tied to your SYR account and a clear statement that you want account deletion. Support may need to verify account ownership before deleting, disabling, or anonymizing account data.
Deletion and retention handling remains subject to final policy and legal review before public launch. Some records may be retained where required or permitted for safety, security, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, support-history, operational, or moderation-evidence reasons, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Privacy Requests
For questions about the Privacy Policy, data handling, or privacy-related requests, use the in-app Privacy request where available, or email support@sayyourereal.com. Include the account email or username if the request relates to a specific SYR account.
Reviewer Support
For TestFlight or App Store review access issues, email support@sayyourereal.com with the subject line "SYR Reviewer Support". Do not include reviewer passwords in public tickets or committed files.
Response Targets During Beta
During beta, we aim to review support, safety, privacy, reviewer, and account deletion requests as soon as practical. Response times may vary while the product and support workflow are being tested.
