SYR Ambassador Program

Ambassador Program terms

How qualifying referrals earn rewards, how company checks are handled, and the rules that protect participants and recipients.

Individual approval comes first

CEGE Enterprises LLC operates the SYR Ambassador Program. Paid participation is available only to existing SYR users whom the Company individually verifies, approves and activates. Contacting us, signing in or reading these terms does not enroll you, issue a code, execute an agreement or authorize compensated activity.

Your approved participation agreement identifies the permitted activities, current program documents, required authorizations and lawful payment recipient. Availability and applicable age, residency, capacity and activity requirements are confirmed during individual review. See Ambassador eligibility. Ordinary SYR account access remains separate.

Invitation linking and recipient privacy

An Ambassador's link or QR code may display an invitation page and a manual invitation code; neither clicking a link nor scanning a QR automatically attributes a recipient. A genuinely new and otherwise eligible recipient must personally enter and confirm the code in SYR during the 24 hours after that recipient's original first authenticated server session (T0). Reinstallation, a new device, changed Ambassador status, or a new agreement cannot restart T0.

An invitation-code link does not automatically create a social connection. Any connection request is a separate, recipient-authorized action subject to SYR's safety and privacy rules. The permitted Ambassador roster may show only the recipient's currently permissible SYR username, coarse America/New_York linkage date and uniform code-linked status. It does not disclose recipient activity, moderation/risk data, private content, precise timestamps, or individual compensation. Blocking, deletion and other privacy restrictions remain controlling.

Qualifying referred users may reside anywhere in the United States, subject to SYR’s separate account eligibility rules and specific applicable legal restrictions. International referrals do not qualify for compensation. This does not change ordinary SYR access or historical attribution. The Company may withhold a particular reward for a documented, applicable legal or evidence restriction without automatically invalidating a legitimate referral link.

Compensation and caps — unchanged program rules

“Up to $10 per qualifying referral, within program caps.” This statement is not a promise that every referral produces $10.

MilestoneProgram reward and qualification
Joined$1 for a valid, genuinely new eligible account with a manually linked invitation, after the program's required verification.
ActivatedAn additional $2 if the referred user completes two distinct accepted connections and qualifying photos on two different America/New_York calendar dates during the original 168-hour window beginning at T0.
30-Day RetainedAn additional $5 for qualifying meaningful activity on two different America/New_York dates during Days 25–35, with Day 1 being the New York date of the original T0. This is independent of Activated.
One-time bonus$100 once for reaching 50 distinct qualifying Retained referrals, only within remaining lifetime-cap capacity.

Meaningful activity and photo/connection eligibility are governed by the program rules identified in the Ambassador’s approved participation agreement and the existing audited server rules, including the approved qualifying photo, accepted-connection, comment/reply and outbound photo-linked-message categories. Passive browsing or merely opening the app is insufficient. An Ambassador may independently be one accepted connection when ordinary rules permit it; no recipient is required to connect with the Ambassador.

The Joined reward has a $100 lifetime gross sub-cap. All program awards, including the bonus, have a $500 lifetime gross cap. A final award may be partial or zero when capacity is exhausted. Reversals do not restore used gross capacity, and the $100 bonus is not reserved in advance. No minimum number of referrals or amount of earnings is guaranteed. No Ambassador is required to continue participating to obtain lawful compensation previously earned.

The Company will preserve the specific milestone event, qualifying evidence, approval/hold reason and cap accounting required by its approved financial controls. A participant-facing status or an unexecuted review task alone neither proves nor extinguishes an underlying lawful payment obligation.

Monthly company checks

The Company will use manual company checks for the initial pilot; no electronic payment provider, direct deposit or automated check service is required. For each America/New_York calendar month's undisputed earned, approved and payable program amount, the Company will issue/release the check by the 15th calendar day of the following month, with no minimum payout amount. If that date is a nonbusiness day, the Company will arrange issuance by the preceding business day. No payment may be backdated or withheld solely because automated disbursement is unavailable.

The payment record must identify the proper beneficial owner of the earnings and the separately verified person or account legally authorized to receive the check. A guardian's participation or mailing address does not, by itself, transfer the child's earnings to the guardian. Actual authorized delivery/mailing instructions and applicable tax/payroll records will be collected through restricted Company procedures, not displayed in SYR invitation pages or public logs. Current lawful receiving authority and any changed-payee approval are required before prospective issue or reissue. A later expiry, revocation or change does not by itself erase valid issue-time authority, an existing lawful liability or the fact that an issued check actually cleared. The Company records genuine post-issue clearing once with any required dispute/review flag, without fabricating unpaid status, paying the same obligation twice, or automatically treating disputed receipt as satisfaction of the minor’s rightful entitlement.

A check's preparation, issue, delivery, bank clearing, return, stop, void and replacement are distinct events. Writing or mailing a check is not proof of bank clearing; the legal effect of a negotiable instrument is governed by applicable law. The Company must reconcile outstanding, lost, returned or disputed checks and avoid duplicate payment. Required taxes or lawful withholding are separately recorded; the program's gross caps are not reset by withholding or payment events.

If the actual relationship is covered employment, any separate legally required wages, payroll procedures, records and paydays control over conflicting terms of this incentive-check cycle.

Specific holds, disputes and correction

A reward may be placed on hold only for a specific documented eligibility, fraud, verification, privacy, legal-capacity or payee/custody issue. The Company will record the affected amount, reason, responsible reviewer, missing fact, corrective step and next review date; it will pay undisputed amounts on their normal schedule. The Company's administrative goal is to review a hold within five business days and notify the Ambassador privately, with a dated follow-up if a legitimate issue persists. This target does not defer any statutory wage deadline.

The Ambassador (and an authorized guardian when appropriate) may ask for an explanation or correction using ambassadorprogram@sayyourereal.com. Corrections must be auditable and cannot silently erase a lawful debt, recycle lifetime-cap capacity, or treat tax paperwork delays as automatic forfeiture. The Company will address applicable missing-tax-document issues using lawful alternatives rather than indefinite withholding.

Ending participation; turning 18

The Ambassador may stop sharing codes at any time, and the Company may prospectively suspend or terminate program authority for safety, eligibility or program reasons. Withdrawal, termination, aging into adulthood, relocation or an account restriction does not erase lawfully earned unpaid compensation. The Company may undertake a settlement-only verification and payee refresh without reopening invitation privileges, T0, historical attribution, existing caps or reward windows. Prospective or later-qualifying milestones remain subject to the then-applicable lawful program rules and original timing conditions.

Upon turning 18, the Ambassador must enter the approved adult participation agreement and provide then-current payee/name-use authority before new compensated promotional work or authorization of new prospective reward accrual. Reviewing, approving or settling previously lawfully earned compensation remains available under original earning evidence and current lawful adult receiving authority, without requiring promotional re-enrollment or resetting prior history, clocks, caps or lawful accrued obligations. Actual court/custodial restrictions remain controlling; adulthood does not automatically release restricted funds. Any court-imposed restrictions on earnings remain in force according to the relevant order.

Program documents and questions

These public rules do not replace an individually executed participation agreement or any required guardian, capacity, name-use or receiving-authority record. Material changes require prospective notice and any legally required new assent; they do not retroactively erase earned compensation or reset caps and referral clocks. Mandatory legal rights remain controlling.
