SYR Ambassador Program

Ambassador privacy notice

What recipients share when they link a code, what Ambassadors can see, and how program records are handled.

How this notice applies

CEGE Enterprises LLC uses program information to review participation, provide invitations, attribute qualifying referrals, calculate and review rewards, administer manual checks, prevent fraud and meet applicable legal duties. This notice supplements the SYR Privacy Policy, which explains ordinary account data, service providers, security, retention and privacy rights.

Reading this page or signing in does not approve paid participation, execute a participant agreement or provide guardian authorization. The applicable notices and required individual documents must be presented during review before participation.

What an invitation displays

An approved invitation page or QR destination may display the Ambassador’s exact authorized SYR display alias, invitation code and sharing link. It does not publish the Ambassador’s legal identity, birth date, guardian records, tax details, mailing address, payment recipient or signed agreement. Permission for the public alias is reviewed separately from compensation and payment authority.

Opening a link, scanning a QR or copying a code does not automatically attribute a referral or connect two accounts. A recipient makes the code-linking choice in the app. An optional connection request is a separate choice subject to ordinary SYR privacy and safety controls.

What the assigned Ambassador can see

When a recipient confirms a code link, the assigned Ambassador’s referral list may show the recipient’s currently permissible SYR username, that the code was linked, and the calendar date of linking in America/New_York time. Privacy restrictions, blocking and deletion can replace the username with a neutral unavailable-user label.

That list does not show the recipient’s birth date, exact age, private content, activity history, individual milestones, individual cash amounts, review or moderation status, fraud signals or precise linking timestamp. Aggregate referral and financial totals are separate from the recipient list. A code link does not give the Ambassador general access to the recipient’s account.

Restricted review and payment records

Program review uses the existing SYR account identity and limited age/residency verification results, agreement and authorization versions, approved display-name permission, relevant verification dates and opaque custody references. SYR also uses referral timing, qualifying-event evidence and limited integrity or fraud-review records to apply qualification, caps, holds and correction rules. These internal records are not the Ambassador’s recipient activity feed.

Authorized administrators can review the records needed for eligibility, reward approval, disputes and manual accounting. Accounting distinguishes earned amounts, specific holds, payment due, check preparation, actual issuance and settlement, void or replacement events. Check identifiers and reconciliation records are not public invitation or recipient-list fields.

Required identity, age, guardian, signed-document, tax, beneficial-owner, lawful receiver and check-delivery materials are handled separately through restricted Company custody. Do not put these documents or identifiers into public profiles, invitations, public forms, ordinary app uploads or routine logs. Do not send another person’s passwords, verification codes or private conversations as participation evidence.

Services and disclosure

The program uses SYR’s existing authentication and service infrastructure. The SYR Privacy Policy identifies the configured providers and explains that a provider is used only for an applicable enabled feature. The initial compensation process uses manual Company checks; it does not require an automated payment provider or an Ambassador bank-account integration.

Access to restricted records is limited to authorized handling for program, security, payment, legal or rights-request purposes. Necessary disclosures may include applicable banking/check reconciliation, tax or legally required reporting, valid legal process and protection against abuse. Private participant records are not published through the program webpage or login portal.

Withdrawal, retention and your choices

You may request correction, privacy review, prospective withdrawal of display-name permission or account deletion through Privacy Choices or Account Deletion. Ending promotion or withdrawing a name permission can stop new paid sharing; it does not forfeit lawfully earned compensation.

The ordinary account, support, log and backup lifecycle rules remain those described in the SYR Privacy Policy. Limited program agreement, financial, dispute, fraud-prevention or legal-hold records may need to remain in restricted custody to settle obligations, comply with law or establish and defend rights. This does not keep a deleted account publicly active or authorize indefinite collection of documents. We limit records to what is needed for these purposes and applicable legal obligations; retention does not erase a lawful payment obligation.
